About Lance Stitely

I am currently Store Manager for The Cosmetics Company Store,(An Estee Lauder free standing store), in Hagerstown Maryland. I am well versed in luxury brands, working for large corporations such as Estee Lauder and Loreal. My ability to lead teams to success, uphold company standards and create a desired work atmosphere has lead me to be the successful individual I am. I am self motivated and my work ethic has been classified by others as "a league of its own" due to my dedication and determination. One of my best attributes is my unique ability to build relationships with people and create a following. I prioritize my day considering deadlines. I am a trend setter always being inovative and adapting to my surroundings. My fashion background started at The Art Institute of York Pennsylvania. Here they combined both fashion design and marketing. I learned concepts of design and was able to apply them to my own line of Cocktail dresses which I created with the graduating class of 2008. I continued my education at The Art Institute of Philadelphia where I extensively studied fashion marketing and was able to learn the ins and outs of the industry.
