After a 25 year career in Public Accounting, Industry and Consulting which focused on Business Strategy, Visioning, M&A and Transformation work for large multinational corporations, I transitioned my career into the family business in commercial roofing currently serving as CFO including Business Development and Project Management duties at King of Texas Roofing Company reporting directly to the President / CEO. King of Texas has been consistently ranked in the top 20 commercial roofing companies in the U.S. in the Engineering News-Record (widely known as ENR) and is a leading single-ply roof system contractor performing large-scale commercial and industrial projects in Texas and across the U.S. As a value driven, Senior Business and Financial Management Professional, my experience includes extensive experience in Business Strategy, Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Transformation / Reorganizations, Financial- Operational Reporting and Business Decision Analysis on large-scale, global companies. This experience includes in-depth business evaluation against best practices, end-to-end business process design, integration and related systems experience across strategic and tactical Business and Finance processes. In addition, this includes extensive experience in transforming the enterprise performance management (EPM) function and capability of large-scale organizations which encompassed KPI development, architectural design and EPM system implementation and reporting. Prior to joining King of Texas, I served as Director and Project Manager for delivering Business Transformation Services as a management consultant at Exelon Corporation (5 years) and at The Hackett Group (6 years). Over the past 20 years, I have performed work on a number of M&A engagements in conjunction with strategic business and finance transformation implementation initiatives encompassing end-to-end business process redesign, service delivery model design, best practice implementation, financial reporting and systems conversions and integration.
