Hi I'm Lance, I’m an Accounting major and Economics minor at Oglethorpe University, working toward my Bachelor of Science in Accounting with plans to pursue CPA certification. Currently, I hold a 3.54 GPA and have been recognized on the Dean’s List. In addition to my academics, I serve as Vice President of the Accounting Club and Collegiate 100, where I support career development initiatives and help organize professional networking events. As Treasurer of the Ceramics Club, I manage budgets and ensure financial accuracy—balancing the books while keeping things creative. I’m passionate about helping others succeed academically. I work as an Accounting Tutor, specializing in Financial and Managerial Accounting. Additionally, as the current Sophomore Class President, I collaborate with student government on budgeting, event planning, and representing my peers. My practical experience includes: Strong foundation in accounting and financial principles Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and HTML German language (intermediate), offering an edge in global business settings This summer, I’ll be interning with one of the the largest U.S. audit, tax & advisory firms, where I look forward to applying my academic knowledge in a professional setting and further developing my skills. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy photography, staying active, and am involved in campus athletics, helping facilitate events and manage logistics.
