About Lance Wegner

I have had the privilege to utilize a wide variety of skills throughout my IT career, challenging my adaptability and resilience in a vastly changing landscape. Although most of my career has been in the finance application domain, strategic changes in the rest of the corporation have required complex analysis and modifications in the business process and systems to support those changes. I've followed two differing career paths recently - highlighting my strategic planning and communication skills, as well as my technical expertise and leadership skills. Most recently, I've been involved in helping transform the organization to an agile methodology. As an architect, I enforce documentation and coding standards and recommend alternative solutions that work best in the agile space. I've been trained in the Chef tool to help support a migration to a DevOps organization.
