Solution Consultant with 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, including: consulting, architecture, implementation and presales. My experience was gained in a number industries including: Federal, State and Local, Utilities, Manufacturing, Financial, Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. In my current role I function as the Advisory Solution Consultant, Life Sciences with Nuvolo. I am responsible for leading, and developing the strategy for, the Life Sciences Solution Consulting team. At Infor as a Senior Solution Consultant, EAM I was responsible for helping clients visualize how Infor EAM can benefit their organization. Additionally, I served as the lead Lead Solution Consultant for EAM in Federal. Outside of demonstration responsibilities I was responsible for the build out of the fleet environment and demonstration materials. As a Maximo Consultant I progressed from writing Actuate reports and teaching training classes to being an upgrade expert. Upgraded a Fortune 500 manufacturing company’s from Maximo 6.2 to 7.5 and worked with a large Water and Wastewater organization on an upgrade from 5.2 to 7.6 with numerous add-ons. Additionally, I have a great deal of experience in mobile solutions for Maximo. Beyond technical work I have assisted clients with their business process needs. I have worked with clients to redevelop their asset and location hierarchies, build failure reporting programs and classify assets. I have also assisted clients with developing or redeveloping their preventative maintenance strategy, including developing predictive maintenance records in Maximo. In addition, I have helped clients identify and create KPIs and build dashboards. My employment outside of consulting was largely analytical. At Atlantic Discount Corporation I was tasked with starting the IT department. I led IT system implementations and upgrades enabling the organization to more than double in size. While with the Virginia Department of Health I worked to improve information systems efficiency, including leading the effort to implement an EAM system. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with many talented individuals and compiled a great deal of knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management and EAM software. My relationship-building skills and my experience provide the foundation I use to assist clients in improving their business processes and the utilization of their EAM software.
