About Lane McClung

I have been a registered nurse since 2012. I have worked in many capacities in the acute hospital setting and have many valueble skills that set me apart from most. I have experience in management, quality, and infection prevention. I have been involved in multiple accreditation surveys and served as liaison and escort for those various organizations throughout the hospital. I am experienced in data collection, rick review, and surveillance in the acute setting. Having been in management, I see the value in multi-disciplinary teams and the importance of having a multi-faceted team to make important decisions for the betterment of an organization. I have experience and a passion to help move healthcare and most importantly nursing forward with the advancement of technology. Communication is key, and we live in a world where information comes from every aspect of life. Technology is increasingly important in healthcare, it serves to make our jobs easier so we can get back to the bedside and care for our patients. I believe my part in providing great healthcare to patients is my ability to show a calm, compassionate demeanor in all tasks. I have always been fair and believe that everyone should work together to achieve goals. Nursing is a passion, and I want to ensure that I give the very best care in any poison I work, whether at the bedside or behind a desk.
