With over 45 years at Bethel Mills, I’m still eager to come to work every day because I am surrounded by great folks; this not only includes my awesome colleagues, but also our terrific customers and our top notch vendors. When I’m not at work, my favorite activities include traveling with my wife Lorraine, spending time with my grown kids (and grandkids Emma, Jeffrey, Chase, Avery and Olivia), and getting together with dear friends. I love the outdoors and the many exhausting activities like golfing, hiking, hunting, 4-wheeling & snowmobiling. Professionally, I love staying involved with our Trade Associations and Buying Groups working to improve our industry. This truly is an amazing business that has provided me endless learning and has blessed me with lifelong friendships with some of the most amazing and gifted people you will meet anywhere. Bethel Mills has a long tradition of attracting and retaining dedicated employees that were raised right and had solid mentoring along the way. They’re honest, hardworking, humble, intelligent, compassionate, have a good sense of humor and they care. Doing the right things just comes naturally. One of my roles as owner of Bethel Mills is to foster an environment where our colleagues have the opportunity to grow and succeed in a modern environment. A family friendly workplace that’s supportive and flexible is important to me. Our jobs are challenging, therefore successful execution is both gratifying and appreciated.
