About Langdon Kohn

Ever since I was a kid, I have loved riding bikes, especially with friends in interesting places. In early high school, I decided I wanted to enter the business side of high school. I have been focusing on management aspects to be a great manager and leader for employees and the bike community. I willingly accept this responsibility and cherish the ability to help people. I believe that a manager's job is to help their employees grow and be the best version of themselves. I have focused heavily on learning to lead and help rather than coerce and manipulate under my management style. I have yet to gain professional management experience, but I try to be a leader around peers and friends. I also have six younger siblings, as I am the oldest of seven kids. This initially forced me into leadership positions which is why I have embraced it and let it become a responsibility for me to be a role model and leader to those around me. I completed many college classes in high school, so that I will complete actual college in only two and a half years. This is why I am a junior and haven't had any management experience, so this is the market I am in currently. I would like to enter the bike industry or action sports in general since that is the industry I plan on making a career in. I'm excited to practice some more so I can start being a better leader and help peers, employees, or clients and work to get more people onto bikes as well!
