About Lani Harrell

I am the director of operations at Sport Clips Inc, the leading hair salon franchise for men and boys in the US and Canada. With an MBA degree and a PR background, I bring a unique combination of business acumen and communication skills to my role. For the past seven years, I have been managing and improving the operations and performance of more than 70 locations across five states, overseeing sales, customer service, employee engagement, and compliance. I have a proven track record of implementing effective strategies and processes that have resulted in increased revenue, customer retention, and employee satisfaction. I am also responsible for promoting and maintaining our brand and values to various stakeholders and media outlets, using social networking, marketing communications, and crisis management techniques. I am passionate about developing and leading high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service and quality to our clients. I use data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement techniques to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and to address any issues or challenges. My mission is to ensure that every Sport Clips location is a place where clients enjoy a relaxing and rewarding experience, and where employees feel valued and empowered.
