Lani is a mechanical engineer with diverse project delivery experience in the mining, gas, resources and rail industries, having been involved in multiple projects for Australia Pacific LNG and Caval Ridge Southern Circuit and, most recently, on the Blackwater Mine Tailings Solution Project. Lani has an aptitude for people-facing roles and has excellent interpersonal skills, allowing her to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to create a unified approach and deliver shared outcomes. She has demonstrated ability in forming optimal construction procedures, and driving work to be done safely, effectively, and to the highest quality. She is organised and systems-driven, with a strong ability to manage people, budgets and timelines.
