Lanice is a result-oriented mid-level professional, who provides broad-based experiences in program development and implementation, grants management, data analysis, leadership, and building and mobilizing advocacy coalitions. Lanice has 10+ years of interdisciplinary experience managing and creating innovative development programs in the United States, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean; while implementing strategic research capabilities for high-growth sectors.She is also well-experienced in HIV/AIDS care and management; youth and gender programming; gender-based violence; infectious diseases and NCDs; research; policy and advocacy; grassroots initiatives; collaborating with donors, private sector, international organizations, the U.S. Government, and civil society organizations.Lanice received a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and Master’s degree in Health Education from Howard University. She is dedicated to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), human rights, women and youth leadership and empowerment, gender equality, and ending gender-based violence.
