About Lanie Gamos

With over five years of experience in customer service and eight years in human resources, I am a Senior Team Administrator at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, where I ensure people contacting our service experience the best customer service possible and handle data regarding referrals from an administrative perspective. This improves the experience of people needing to use our services at a time of crisis in their lives as well as making clinical staff time more efficient. I am skilled in training evaluation, performance management, employee engagement, and strategic planning, as well as data management and security. I have a Master in Industrial Relations from University of the Philippines (Bachelor Honours Degree -UK Equivalent) where I focused on human resources development. I am passionate about making better lives for people through HR and organisational development, and I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow in my field.
