My professional life runs in three lanes: minister, masters in clinical mental health counseling and communication consultant. All three disciplines draw on the professional qualities I've been honing for the past 18 years.• Leader: I’ve coached and managed national and regional communication teams and churches to exceed annual goals for the past decade: 28.8 billion media impressions and 110 percent of goal in communications. I’ve launched a new campus for a church in Northwest Houston, increasing attendance to an average of 160 people in its first eight months. I’ve been accountable for goals in public relations, cause marketing, social media, diversity, internal and external strategic communication, crisis communication, senior executive counsel, staff management, collaborating with senior leadership, brand promotion, media advocacy, corporate relations, community relations, volunteer management and training, spiritual growth, marriage intervention, pre-marrital counseling. • Communicator: My 18 years of professional success has been built on the ability to create or lead others to produce compelling communications that reach people and prompts action.
