My expertise spans cost value reconciliation (CVR), cost management, estimation, budgeting, profitability analysis, value engineering, and quality control. I prepare essential commercial documentation, including tender documents, cost reports, valuations, variation orders, claims, risk registers, and cash flow forecasts. What excites me about quantity surveying and estimation is the opportunity to shape project outcomes through strategic cost management and procurement. I ensure project success by preparing competitive bids, leveraging a deep understanding of market rates and profitability factors, implementing effective procurement strategies, and managing subcontractor and supplier negotiations. Specialising in the contracting construction sector, I develop procurement packages and contract documents for multimillion-pound projects, including infrastructure, residential and commercial buildings, office fit-outs, and large-scale civil engineering works. With a strong focus on managing subcontractor and supplier agreements, I review budgets, negotiate costs, and implement efficient processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. My ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders ensures the smooth execution of every project. Beyond work, I continuously enhance my qualifications through online and certification courses.
