Leveraging 20+ years of hands-on and cross-functional leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management, system testing, customer service, and quality I have a proven history in translating complex operations knowledge and experience into practical learning and development that empowers staff and builds organizational strength. Focused on cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, I develop data-driven processes and learning opportunities that expand critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities while driving revenue growth and profitability. I am passionate that a learning and development "culture eats strategy for breakfast" and lays the foundation for a sustainable, agile, and robust environment to meet business goals and achieve return on investment. My areas of expertise include:| Learning & Development Solutions | Work alongside leaders and individuals to identify and support short-term performance and long-term developmental needs. Implement PIPs, conduct skill inventories vs. matrices, provide training opportunities, and engage staff with enlargement and enrichment opportunities. Incorporate TWI, JI methodologies.| Organization Design & Development | Identify KSA as well as capacity required to execute on organizational needs and determine the infrastructure required to support that demand. Use RACI charts to identify gaps in job roles in an organization.| Project Management | Charter, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close projects of various complexities. Facilitate communication and actions between stakeholders, sponsors, and the project teams. Manage scope and risk.| Change Management | Implement, communicate, & facilitate changes impacting various levels of an organization from individual and team to cross-functional and departmental.| Lean Principles | Implement tools of VSM, 5S, SMED, Continuous Improvement, and standardization to remove waste, balance load, and improve flow driving throughput and increasing profitability.| Analytical Problem-Solving | Analysis of KPIs and analytics to identify and confirm effectiveness of solutions using systems & tools such as Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa), PDCA, DMAIC, or the ADDIE model for instructional design.
