About Laquay Reed

Throughout my career, I have developed a reputation as an experienced professional with the ability to lead, mentor, engage, and develop teams to maximize contributions through effective recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and management; able to plan, prioritize, manage, and complete undertakings within fast-paced, deadline-driven situations; able to ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations. I am known to be a collaborative team-player with the capacity to identify client needs and effectively communicate operational progress; able to simplify sophisticated issues to make them easily comprehensible for a broader audience. Perhaps most important, I am a resilient individual with strong management and people skills, personal values, integrity, and technical knowledge; able to build revenue and manage budgets, including cost controls regarding food, beverage and labor.
