With a career spanning several years, I've dedicated myself to the fields of youth development, social justice, and education. Youth Development: My journey began with a deep fascination for understanding how social justice and identity intersections shape and affect the development of young minds. Over the years, I've had the privilege to work alongside inspiring young individuals, helping them navigate the complexities of their identities and equipping them with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing world. Advancing Black Communities: My heart and soul are dedicated to the advancement of Black communities and populations. I firmly believe that by addressing systemic inequalities and amplifying Black voices, we can create a more just and equitable society. I've been fortunate to collaborate with incredible individuals and organizations that share this vision, and I'm committed to continuing this vital work. Supporting STEM Education at HBCUs: More recently, I've delved into the exciting realm of STEM education at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). I'm passionate about ensuring that every young person, regardless of their background, has access to quality STEM education and the opportunities it brings. My research in this area aims to bridge the gap and foster a new generation of diverse STEM leaders.
