I've been employed in the Healthcare Industry for several years. My early career as a Medical Assistant provided me with unique experiences that allowed me to pursue clinical and non-clinical roles. Although Medical Assisting was personally and professionally rewarding, I had a desire for personal growth and sought opportunities that allowed me to work in non-clinical healthcare. Early on I'd developed a niche for research, applying codes, finding resolutions, and entering data. From past to present I am experienced in patient registration; scheduling and I am familiar with various insurance and referral processes. I enjoy learning a new skill and work that allows me to advocate, educate and interact with people. Current or past achievements include patient education that led to an increase in patient volume. Rewards for providing excellent customer services, and patient donations.
