I am a Deals Senior Associate at PwC Middle East, based in Dubai, specializing in M&A within the Corporate Finance team. My role centers around supporting mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory transactions by conducting detailed financial analysis, valuations, and assisting in structuring deals and negotiations. Moreover, I achieved success in my first attempt at all levels of the CFA Program, surpassing the 90th percentile score for Level 1 & Level 2. I hold a Finance degree from the Lebanese American University, where I graduated in 2021 with a cumulative GPA of 3.97 and a major GPA of 4.0. Alongside my Finance major, I pursued minors in Economics and Actuarial Sciences. My dedication to leadership and academics earned me the prestigious Riyad Nassar Leadership Award, given to one graduating student per campus for exceptional leadership and academic performance. During my university years, I was actively involved in leadership-building programs, including serving as a trainer for Model United Nations (MUN) and Model European Union (MEU), Deputy of Training and Educational Development for Model Good Governance (MGG), and co-Leading the LAU National Case Competition. I am driven by a passion for continuous learning and leadership, and I aim to leverage my skills and experience to deliver high-value results and drive successful outcomes for clients.
