About Lara Bird

Hi, I’m Lara, a Freelance Content Creator and Social Media Manager with a First-Class degree in Marketing Communications and a background in digital storytelling. I work with brands to create content that feels authentic, connects with the right audience, and drives real results. What I do I create high-performing content across fashion, wellness, beauty, travel, and lifestyle, including UGC-style videos, graphics, Reels, and influencer collaborations. My past clients include Victoria's Secret, Matcha & Co, Dentyl, Flowfit, GlamX, Pukpip, and Mind Southampton. UGC I produce natural, scroll-stopping UGC that feels genuine and tailored to each brand. From testimonial-style videos and product demos to aesthetic lifestyle Reels, my focus is always on creating visuals that feel on-brand and human. Podcasts & Projects I also produce and edit podcasts, and run This Girl, a wellness platform, podcast, and community that challenges the pressure of perfection and promotes a more flexible approach to self-care.
