Rodan + Fields Dermatologists, the company founded by the same Doctors that own the billion-dollar franchise, Proactiv Solutions, launched an award winning, clinically proven anti-age skin care line. With this sequel brand, Rodan + Fields Dermatologists are on a trajectory to dwarf what they’ve done in acne in the $3 Billion+ US anti-aging market. Our value proposition is bringing dermatology to the home. R+F products were originally sold in high end retail then strategically moved into the direct-to-consumer channel in 2008 and have enjoyed massive growth each month and exponential domestic expansion since. With the highly successful launch of the Macro Exfoliator, R+F has entered another high growth, multi-billion dollar category, the at-home beauty tool category. Poised for international growth in 2014, R+F continues to garner association awards, press coverage and recognition for our training, financial strength, aggressive revenue, company and field growth. The Doctors created a franchise model with R+F — the ability to start and own your own business leveraging the resources of a billion-dollar brand. My role is to work with, coach, and train independent entrepreneurs building businesses marketing these products and to facilitate and manage the accelerated growth.
