About Lara Kesteloo

I went into nursing because of the impact a nurse had on my family when my dad passed away suddenly. Her compassion, dedication, and care inspired me to pursue a career in nursing so that I could help others the way she had helped me. In each of my roles I have proven myself as a skilled communicator and colleague adept at establishing relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues. I am confident in implementing detailed administrative processes that improve efficiency and achieve objectives without compromising quality. Having been an athlete for my entire life, in my free time you can find me looking for ways to contribute to the local ultimate frisbee or disc golf communities. I know the value of hard work as an individual and a team and use my athletic experiences in my work and personal life as well. I believe strongly in healthy living, work life balance, and providing the opportunity to age well to everyone despite whatever challenges they may face or what age they start. After spending several years gaining experience in direct patient care and now multiple management roles I am enjoying the professional journey.
