About Lara Morrow

My passion for building an employee engaged workplace started at BerylHealth in Together I worked with CEO, Paul Spiegelman, to build a culture that earned us over 9 best place to work awards at the local, state and national level. In 2012 when BerylHealth was acquired by Stericycle, Inc, I accepted the challenge to start a new culture team at Stericycle, tackling the experiment of how to take what was built grass-roots in a small organization and scale it across the globe. For four years, Paul and I implemented and institutionalized employee engagement initiatives and the culture philosophy at the global, publicly traded company with over 25k team members and 500+ locations. I managed the process of executing the new vision and values campaign, employee caring program, employee recognition program and the global employee engagement survey and action planning process. Now I work on the amazing Internal Communication team where I have the privilege of impacting team members through enhanced communication. We work closely with the engagement team and leaders to connect team members to the incredible story of what we do, how we do it and the people who make it happen. In my spare time I coach and mentor leaders on how to create employee loyalty through strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills. Culture integration must happen at all levels in the organization in order to be successful and sustainable. That takes teaching and growing culture ownership to all culture change agents at all levels. I love to train and teach employees and leaders the strategy on how to change their culture, develop their personal brand, implement programs that work and how to grow as a leader. I speak publicly to audiences who want to make a difference in their workplace by developing a culture that focuses on employees first.
