Give;(I give as much I can both in my time to charity and financially in my community). I love learning and I complete at least one major learning every year (I am currently taking part in the Level 5 Management Apprenticeship (Operations/Departmental Manager Leadership Programme) with Activate Business School) I am currently a Locality Business Coordinator. I currently deal with high level service management task. And I manage a charity registered with the Charity commission UK in October 2020. I coordinate the smooth running and delivery and monitoring of different project. I write various grant application for the new charity. My role involves constantly collecting, collating and analyzing data as wlel as formulating reports. I am a currently a CPFT Well-being champion Volunteer; we are a team of colleagues who work towards helping to raise awareness of Health and Well-being within the Trust. I am also a BAME (Black Asian & Ethnic Minorities) Steering Group Committee member; we are a team of colleagues who work behind the screen to improve the BAME presence in our Trust. And we prepare for various BAME Projects. Within my role with I supervise colleague and i am constantly interested in how to help to improve the work balance of the colleagues that. I am professional in my work and I maintain the highest standard and encourage this in team members who I supervise and in other colleagues. I am kind, open and collaborative and I believe everyone should be treated with respect.
