I am currently an Accounts Payable Specialist at Road Ranger USA. I have utility management experience of utility providers, trends, records, entry, and accrual. I process non-trade batches through review, entry, and payment while overseeing non-trade vendors, entry, inquiry, and employee expense reports. I preparing and report the trade and non-trade payment batches directly to the CEO. Also providing the utility payment file to the CFO. I report a positive pay file, payment batch review on non-trade, trade, and utility payments, trade vendor Ap/Ar comparison and report, and EFT payments and corrections through APVR. I processing payments, checks, and entry through PDI. Formally a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy from April 2022 to September 2022. From June of 2018 to June 2021, I worked at two locations of Jimmy John’s as a Shift Manager, non-seasonally and seasonally. As an in-shop employee, I worked at the same Jimmy John’s locations, starting in August 2016 until June 2018, when I was promoted to Shift Manager. At Illinois State University, I was in the Greek Fraternity Kappa Kappa Gamma. I was the Vice President of Finance where I managed 140 member payments, 14 budgets, payments to headquarters, and the entirety of the finances for our Chapter.
