About Lara Spadini

Precision, eager to learn and to get involved. These are the elements I would list if asked for a short description of myself. Over the years, I have been working in positions such as Italian and international sales, customer care and executive assistant. Thanks to training courses and my previous work experiences, I can summarize my skills in 5 points: • I can speak English and French fluently, therefore foreign trade relations are not a difficulty. I also have a base knowledge of German, which I am available to deepen if necessary. • my new digital skills allows me to communicate effectively and professionally on corporate websites and social media. • I work precisely and timely, both collaborating within a team or autonomously. • I can prioritise my work without losing sight of objectives and deadlines. • I am resilient and able to face complexity with a smile, even during greatest pressure moments. Although the lack of experience in a specific sector may appear as a flaw, I believe that having had the opportunity to work for multinationals and structured companies is sign of a strong capacity for adaptation and willingness to learn. This also led me to a greater open-mindedness, especially thanks to contacts with people of different cultures. After successfully passing all 4 exams of Luca La Mesa Academy's Social Media Training course, I would like to turn my passion for social media into a real job. I started cultivating this interest thanks to some voluntary experience in the past. To practice what I learnt, I opened my own small blog - - linked to a Facebook page and an Instagram profile to test my knowledge and monitor insights. I hope that my working future will always be stimulating through personal and professional growth guaranteed by continuous training. I love travelling and believe that the best way to establish a lasting relationship of mutual trust with clients is to participate in trade fairs in Italy and abroad.
