My career is centered on building equitable and supportive educational environments where every student and educator can thrive. My most recent work as an Assistant Principal at Martin Kellogg Middle School, focused on fostering inclusive educational practices and enhancing engagement across the school community. This leadership was built upon my previous work at Waterbury Public Schools, where I developed comprehensive "equity and inclusion frameworks", created 33 school-based teams, and provided essential professional development for staff. I've also extended my mission beyond the district level as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut, where I've taught courses on "multicultural education and social justice" for four years. These experiences collectively reflect my commitment to embedding equity into the core of 3 (Skills-Based)** I am a strategic leader with over four years of experience in **educational equity, curriculum development, and organizational management**.
