Managing Director in Real Estate Strategy and Sustainability with expertise in footprint optimization, real estate strategy, portfolio optimization, location strategy and site selection for back-office, manufacturing, R&D and HQ location strategy engagements. I guide leaders in making real estate choices tied to their strategic priorities, driving answers to the questions: 1) how much real estate is required 2) where should it be located, and 3) what is the role of the office footprint going forward With 20+ years of experience at Deloitte Consulting, Lara is effective at formulating the vision and strategy and implementing multi-year transformation programs through the design, build and transitions. Lara is also invested in creating a world class experience for her colleagues, and is a champion of supporting women to achieve their full potential through driving DEI internally, and helping to foster a sense of inclusion and belonging. Lara has a passion for understanding the social impact of corporate investments, and she is the product manager for Deloitte’s social impact measurement innovation, SIMM and has recently participated in the Sustainability Accelerator. This program is in partnership with the MIT Sloan School of Management and is designed to impart senior business leaders with a common language and knowledge of critical sustainability related concepts in order to guide their clients through strategic decisions.
