As a Senior Quality Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, I provide quality focused and support to the Territory Director to establish and maintain quality and regulatory compliance at site level across the territory. I also manage quality events/issues and CAPAs, identify and report operational compliance metrics (KPIs, KRIs), and provide guidance on SOPs and GXP. I have successfully contributed to the selection and oversight of partner sites, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial objectives and quality standards. I have a Master of Public Health degree from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Services from Clayton State University. I have over seven years of experience in clinical research, with skills in clinical trials and research, GCP compliance, inspection readiness assessment, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA development, implementation, and management, monitoring, and data collection. I have worked on various protocols, sites, and therapeutic areas, including oncology, multiple sclerosis, and ophthalmology. I am passionate about improving health outcomes and enhancing patient satisfaction through quality improvement and process innovation.
