I am a person who is always striving for growth, with a focus on building strong social relationships, as well as professional and career development. In both work and studies, I aim to maximize every experience, continuously learning and evolving. My curiosity and adaptability allow me to thrive in new environments. While pursuing my education, I consistently worked to gain practical knowledge in the field that I am interested. After relocating from Russia to Italy, I am proud of the results I’ve achieved over the past two years in building a strong network with inspiring people and successfully adapting to a new environment. I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology of Work and Organizational Well-being from LUMSA University, where I studied in an English-taught program. As I advance my career in the HR field, I am actively seeking opportunities where my experience and academic background can make a meaningful impact. I am particularly interested in roles related to people development, recruitment, talent acquisition, and relocation specialist positions, where I believe I can be highly effective and bring value to my future employer.
