About Larissa Jackson

I’ve been working in the food industry since 2012 and have spent over nine years in leadership roles, primarily in Quality Assurance. No matter my title, I’ve always gone above and beyond expectations, constantly learning and contributing to help my team and company succeed. I’m an SQF Practitioner, PCQI Certified, HACCP Certified, and have completed additional training in areas like Allergen Control, Recall Procedures, crisis management, and FDA Food Labeling. My experience ranges from hands-on QA roles to managing cross-functional teams and leading successful SQF certifications. When I first moved into QA, I quickly became second in command and the person others turned to in challenging situations. I’ve led projects, overseen employees, and made it my mission to ensure product quality while solving problems efficiently and effectively. Today, as a QA Manager, I continue to lead with the same dedication, curiosity, and drive to deliver the best for both the team and the customer. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished in food safety and QA.
