Graduated in Systems Analysis from UNICAMP and MBA in Project Management, from USP, with 9 years of experience in the Information Technology area focused on industrial processes. In the last 3 years, I have worked as a Project Manager, with experience in all phases of the project cycle. Responsible for aligning scope requirements with the areas involved, managing project execution schedules, managing teams of developers and suppliers, planning and tracking costs, coordinating the performance and efficiency of the projects and teams involved, organizing the testing phase, leading communications with stakeholders, organize training and environment support plan (support) after software implementations. In addition, I have 7 years experience with change management and its process, analyzing and making decisions about implementations based on relevance, categorization of changes, their possible impacts on customers and areas involved, aiming at the quality and success of final deliveries, with experience and knowledge of the best practices, events and artifacts of the Agile Scrum Framework (dailies, squads, sprints, reviews, backlog and kanban). My professional trajectory has allowed me to develop a strong spirit of partnership and teamwork, valuing a good organizational climate, strategy, organization and planning, focus and efficiency in problem solving are the pillars that guide me as a professional.
