With over 20 years’ experience across higher education, industry, and consulting, I’ve led complex programs of work, built global partnerships, and delivered impactful change — always with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and outcomes that matter. Now, as Managing Consultant – Organisational Improvement at DVE, I’m leaning into what I do best: helping teams navigate complexity, align their strategy and operations, and build cultures where people and systems thrive.
