Functional areas of experience are Training & Development, Placement, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Employee Relations. Project head for establishing a 3 year competency based training program for rank and file, supervisors and managers for leadership development that was coursed through succession planning and talent management for a manufacturing company. Certified by the EnglishBridge Study Center for completing the Center for Competency, Assessment and Development (C-CAD) Professional Series. Key contributor in creating and establishing a global cultural that is driven by the core values of the company. Responsible for planning and conducting behavioral, technical & leadership programs to the entire organization. Ensures the standard quality of training is maintained in all the different sites. Headed in creation of a Training University and rolled out an online system for training administration and competency based training programs. Awarded as The Most Promising Speaker and Presenter by Starfisher Asia Consultancy. Been in three industries namely BPO, Academe, & Manufacturing. Has been a Commencement Speaker of his high school alma mater 2014. A licensed teacher by profession since 2010.
