Larry has lived in Texas for 40+ years. He wasn't born in Texas, but he got here as fast as he could. Larry grew up in Plano and has lived in many other Texas cities including College Station, Tyler, Fort Worth, Dallas and McKinney. After graduating from Plano Senior High School, Larry attended Texas A&M, where he completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering. After graduation from Texas A&M Larry went into the high-tech communications world where he spent the better part of 30 years working in top sales, marketing and executive leadership positions. In addition to working for large corporate companies Larry has also founded, created and managed multiple private companies. Ready for a new challenge and pursuing his dream of doing what he really loves, Larry earned both a Texas Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and Real Estate Sales / Realtor License. It's a New Day in Real Estate. Larry's extensive sales, digital marketing and executive background provides him with a diverse knowledge base of how to apply current technology platforms to provide excellent customer care, to dig deep into the analysis of real estate market trends & home valuations, to engage state-of-the-art real estate marketing programs needed to sell homes at higher prices & faster than the typical market averages, and to negotiate contracts as a knowledgeable representative for his clients. Larry now lives in McKinney with his wife Liz. Over the past years, they have filled their free time traveling the world, going on mission trips to Africa, and running food pantries and clothing centers for the disadvantaged. Larry is truly invested in the north Dallas region. His experience in sales, marketing, real estate sales, and real estate appraising coupled with his familiarity of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is a huge asset to both buyers and sellers.
