About Larry Barsh

Larry Barsh, DMD is a retired dentist who, since his retirement in 1997, has been developing web sites commercially for the dental profession and owner of AdLIB Design, a photography and web development site. Larry started a podcast for the “Remember when…” generation in February, 2022. He has taught at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and at dental meetings in the United States and abroad on various aspects of dentistry. He has published numerous articles in both trade and scientific journals. During his career, Dr. Barsh was Assistant Clinical Professor of Operative Dentistry and Assistant Clinical Professor of Oral Diagnosis and Radiology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He has published numerous scientific articles and lectured in the United States and abroad on various subjects in dentistry and authored a text entitled Dental Treatment Planning for the Adult Patient that was incorporated into the curriculum at several dental schools. He hosted a radio call-in show on dentistry on station WBZ watts) in Boston. Dr. Barsh is an avid photographer both as an advanced amateur and professional who worked as on-staff photographer for the Catherine Crier Show on Court TV and for the Jane Pauley Show on NBC, as well as stringer for the Boston Globe. His photographs of celebrities including Metallica, Jane Pauley and Bette Midler have appeared in People Magazine, Star News, Rolling Stone and Variety.
