I’m a results-driven marketing leader with over 18 years of experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, retail, and team leadership. Most recently, I served as Director of Marketing at OrangeOnions & Plushible, where I led go-to-market strategies, product launches, and high-performing campaigns for both in-house and nationally licensed brands like Monopoly, NCAA, and Peppa Pig. Throughout my career, I’ve helped brands grow through smart strategy, compelling storytelling, and data-informed decision-making. At OrangeOnions, I oversaw multi-channel campaigns across DTC and major marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Faire), managed a $250K+ quarterly ad budget, and led creative production on assets ranging from Reels and static ads to email campaigns and YouTube ads. My efforts contributed to a 35% YOY revenue increase and some of the company’s highest-performing promotions to date. I’m passionate about building scalable marketing systems, empowering teams, and delivering campaigns that make people feel something—and then take action. I’ve developed SOPs, implemented KPI frameworks, and created cross-functional workflows that keep teams aligned and moving fast.
