Knowledge of court processes involving prosecution at various levels and extensive knowledge of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act. Experienced in conflict resolution and extensive participation in civil litigation mediation. Certified Fire Investigator, Fire Prevention Officer, Fire and Life Safety Educator and Training Officer. Throughout my service with the Toronto Fire Service and Office of the Fire Marshal I have undertaken roles that have covered the spectrum of the 3 lines of defence for public fire safety – fire safety education; fire safety standards and enforcement and fire service emergency response.
