Network Management: Participated in network management by installing and maintaining Microsoft Windows Active Directory Networks with multiple servers including 4 server Citrix Farm and 400 workstations. Installed and managed Active Directory five (5) site network in a child domain environment. Developed Active Directory Policies including Security and Software Deployment Policies. Planned and transitioned network from NetWare 5.0 to Windows Migrated Active Directory Domains. Implemented layer 2 Security Program. Implemented Virtual Computer infrastructure that supports over 100 Virtual Machines for classroom use. • Teaching: Taught Networking Courses including CompTia A+, Network+, Secuirty+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server, Microsoft Infrastructure and Active Directory. Supervised the installation and management of fully routed multi-site student designed and built Active Directory Networks. • Network Installation: Consulted with local businesses to install, troubleshoot and upgrade Windows and Netware Networks. Installed and secured home wireless networks. • Computer Hardware Troubleshooting: Successfully resolved numerous hardware and software problems on the network as well as in the classroom.
