I am a Consulting Partner in Wipro Consulting’s CIO-Advisory Group and I lead M&A and Divestiture strategic solutions for Wipro customers around the Globe. I innovate, strategize, design, plan, and implement complex solutions that will enable clients to meet and exceed their expectations. I bring over 35 years of M&A experience across 70+ deals delivered in 21 countries. How can I make you successful? Professionally, I am a corporate and consulting executive leader that has built companies and consulting practice from the ground up and integrated the right talent to produce winning results. I work well with all corporation’s leadership from the C-Suite to the front lines. I have used technology innovation including: Private & Public cloud, digital data management & conversions, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and many business applications that operate in many platforms. I am strong in program & project management, selecting the right resource talent for my Teams, motivating large Teams (> 100 people) and interacting within a multiple vendor environment of suppliers, System Integrator, IT tool firms, consulting and staffing firms, and financial investors. I am also an adult and collegiate educator teaching and speaking at conferences, internal business training such as advanced sales, negotiations, project management & planning, business case development, business strategies, and entrepreneur company start-ups. I am a public and business conference speaker and was on the IBM Speaker’s Bureau for over 10 years and have spoken at Thompson Reuters, Jack Henry, and Texas A&M University’s conferences as well.
