Excellent facility manager with a close eye on safety and security helping create the perfect atmosphere for teachers to teach and students to learn. Other areas of expertise include fund raising, event planning, marketing, communications editing, and interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees.I was the 2014 recipient of the IL Presidential Citation Award given by the State of Illinois School Superintendents while I was the YMCA CEO. This was for the partnership I facilitated with our Y and the Southern IL schools in the area of after school programs. This included but was not limited to supplemental education for the after school students.
