With over twenty five years in the commercial real estate, construction, and property management arena I bring extensive knowledge to my clients resulting effectiveness in understanding what lies behind the construction of a facility from ground up or a remodel which results in time and money expenditures. As well when working on managing a property or representing a build out for a tenant rather it be on the tenant side or landlord side I have a clear vision of the requirements and how to obtain them. As an independent contractor, I work with a wide range of clients from small privately held businesses to Fortune 500 public companies. I customize my approach to meet their needs. On a case by case basis my reporting may be monthly, weekly or at times on a daily basis. Being extremely hands on and detailed provides the need information and controls for each assignment. Projects that excite me are the ones that allow me to utilize my previously honed skills and expertise in new and different ways in order to achieve the desired results for my clients. Having worked on all sides of the commercial real estate arena I am able to create a cohesive big picture strategy for my clients improving efficiencies which equates to dollars and time. My commercial construction experience gives me a knowledge based view of how a project can proceed in the most effective manner or what is needed/available as additional resources to get the job done. Similarly when representing a tenant I am able to provide them with facilities that do or can meet their requirements.
