Experienced Human Resources Manager with over 15 years experience of managing staff and employees in numerous sectors. I am motivated by developing recruitment strategies and implementing Induction processes. I have a knowledge and critical understanding of the importance of delivering timely and relevant legislative information to Managers and Directors. I can use a range of established techniques to initiate and undertake critical analysis of data. Using my skills I know I would add value to the Human Resource by implementing initiatives such as Employer Branding and Employee Engagement. Currently working for UKCBC, responsible for structuring and building the HR department. Directly reporting to the CFO and CEO, I took the senior management lead in ensuring that UKCBC’s meets its objective to become an increasingly attractive and motivating employer to both existing and potential new employees. Driving the initiative to cost effectively and imaginatively improve employee engagement and welfare while ensuring that the group HR and recruitment functions provide an excellent internal service in their areas of responsibility. I am creative, commercially focused and highly proactive with excellent drive and implementation skills.
