Larry Gitlin’s career represents years of executive leadership in focused revenue generation and ROI for Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups, contributing to over $3 Billion dollars in aggregate shareholder value. His strengths include company building, senior management and operations, strategic partnerships/complex deal crafting, business development, data analysis, advanced digital solutions, and content creation, distribution / syndication. Larry served as Vice President and a core team member of the telecom Qwest (now Lumen Technologies, Inc - LUMN.) corporate business development group, launching an electronic media delivery product suite trial at Qwest for the entertainment industry, and a comprehensive security business trial within Qwest for enterprise and government channels. He served on the corporate strategic analytical team and an M&A team for evaluating new business strategies, including VDSL, digital media, wi-fi, wireless, IPTV/IP apps, and many other initiatives at Qwest, while advancing new, re- occurring revenue-generating business efforts there. Larry has also created and run digital media and online businesses, as well as acting as a consultant to various businesses large and small including telecom, media, cloud and data/AI hosting, automotive, and others. He also served as VP and head of business development at ZVUE Corp, leading the creation of one of the largest digital media networks in the world that included EBAUM’s WORLD. ZVUE was the first sub-$100 entertainment portable media video player (MP4 player) product and content service company in the marketplace. Larry is an industry-acknowledged expert in motion picture and broadcast television production and content acquisition, as well as film/TV/radio and internet-podcast distribution. With years of experience in IP media infrastructure, compression, consumer products, and delivery - as well as IP /digital content conversion and delivery, he has been a leading contributor and design/system integrator to that industry since its inception.
