With over three decades in the construction industry, I stand today as a Superintendent at Holaco Construction, bringing a wealth of knowledge from my carpentry roots to complex project oversight. My journey began laying tracks for the Bay Area Rapid Transit and evolved into leading Hansen Classic Homes. As a Gold Seal Intern Superintendent and Mensa member, my mission is to elevate building practices while nurturing a culture of excellence that mirrors our company's ethos. Parallel to construction, my tenure at Blue Blaze Sailing as a Yachtmaster Instructor harnesses my passion for the sea, where I impart advanced nautical skills, including celestial navigation and radio operation. My ability to issue international certificates of competency empowers students to sail globally, leveraging my extensive sailing experience and fluency in Japanese to foster a comprehensive and culturally enriched learning environment.
