My passion is to contextualize strategy for operational needs, design business capability maps and value streams to rationalize processes and maximize the benefits of organizational change and transformation. A career in leading continuous process excellence fortified my unique perception of business principles and enabled me to empower organizations and their people to perform to their highest potential. Evolving and moving through various positions has given me unique insights and experiences: Provide leadership and expertise throughout the design and improvement of processes Analyze data for trends and devise effective improvements and solutions Deliver strategic input for establishing process excellence and continuous operational improvement Work side-by-side with business leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze, deploy, and continuously improve business processes Develop a process-oriented culture that translates strategic intent to predictable execution There are few things more rewarding than the feeling of supporting a company's growth and business success, and I consider myself lucky to be a significant contributor to this mission.
