Consistent and systematic communication to the client and Realtor whenever a milestone (appraisal ordered/completed, clear to close, ect.) is achieved. If a challenge arises during the process immediate communication to all parties and immediate action is taken to address. It is my goal to CLOSE ON TIME EVERY TIME!
