I am a seasoned media and entertainment executive with 25+ years of experience shaping culture through music, media, and brand partnerships. From my start in radio to leadership roles at iHeart Media, Radio One, Universal Motown and The Source, I’ve built a career at the intersection of marketing, storytelling, and cultural influence. I specialize in designing strategies that connect audiences to brands, artists, and experiences in authentic ways. My work spans radio promotions, artist development, live events, publishing, and digital media always rooted in Hip-Hop, Pop, R&B, Indie, and the communities that drive global culture. Highlights of my career include leading marketing and promotions for major artists at Sony Music, Universal Motown, serving as Executive Director at The Source/North Star Group where I scaled Source360 into a flagship cultural festival, and driving partnerships with global brands, media outlets, and cultural leaders. Beyond media, I’ve also applied my leadership to mission-driven work, ensuring creativity, community, and culture go hand-in-hand. Today, I bring together deep industry relationships, proven marketing impact, and a passion for cultural storytelling to drive growth for media, music, and entertainment organizations.
