More than 17 years’ consulting experience, majority spent as a government contractor, specializing in VoIP and network infrastructure technologies. Recent positions included IT Program Manager and IT Finance Manager. Responsibilities as IT Program Manager included managing multiple network implementation projects for the DoD including developing and managing project plans, engineering implementation plans, coordinating outages with multiple customer bases, coordinating transition to Operations, and ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics and contract deliverables are met to the satisfaction of government representatives. Responsibilities as IT Finance Manager included implementing and managing program-wide cost controls, developing and managing telecom program's fiscal year budget (avg $10M/yr), identifying cost savings, and validating monthly bills, service orders, and cost proposals.
