About Larry Iser

I'm the Managing Partner of Kinsella Holley Iser Kump Steinsapir LLP, a boutique litigation law firm located in Los Angeles, California. I litigate complex, high-profile cases around the country for leading entertainment companies. During 2024, on behalf of longtime client Mattel, my team won a 10 week jury trial (which the Daily Journal named a "Top Verdict of 2024"), settled a nationwide class action on behalf of SeaWorld, and on behalf of Kinetic Content, litigated with former participants on the hit reality shows Love is Blind and Married at First Sight. I have long handled disputes in the music business, representing musical artists including The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Jackson Browne, David Byrne, Sofi Tukker, Richard Carpenter, and Crosby Stills & Nash, as well as numerous entities in the music business including Apple Music, Spotify, StubHub, Roland Corporation, Warner/Chappell Music Publishing, Del Records, Third Side Music, The Ira Gershwin Trust and the Estate of Rick James. In my spare time, I teach intellectual property and rights clearance issues to aspiring content producers at the University of Southern California.
